‘Guerrilla Museum’ competition winner

09 Jun 2016

Design Circle is pleased to congratulate architect Lowri Roberts, as the winner of the ‘Guerrilla Museum’ competition.

The ethos for the Guerrilla Museum is to create a satellite museum always on tour which will appear in areas in Cardiff, stay for a while then disappear overnight; breaking down barriers of access by bringing it directly into local communities.

Lowri’s winning entry was judged by Victoria Rogers and Alison Tallontire from the Cardiff Story Museum, Richard Tynen from the Cardiff Museum Development Trust, Anna Lermon Director of Civic Trust Cymru and Dan Lewis (Chair) and Gavin Traylor (Secretary) of Design Circle, RSAWSouth.

Design Circle is continuing to work closely with Cardiff Story Museum to further develop the project over the forthcoming months.
